Non-perfect Dwelling — Exhibition design, Graphic design

Non-Perfect Dwelling is an exhibition by The Winter Office at the Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena, California. The exhibition builds on the group’s artistic research into a warming world. The non-perfect dwelling is about proposing new institutions where the ‘ideal’ has failed to meet its premises.

As a member of the group I helped developing the look of the exhibition as well as the visual identity. The identity is built upon the inverted title of the exhibition as a way to reflect the non-ideal. The design also features informative wall text, exhibition brochures and the choice of color used on the gallery as well as on the printed matter.
